Lori is the Practice Leader for PwC’s Marketing, Sales and Service Transformation business serving Technology, Media and Telecommunications clients in the U.S. This includes quality delivery and innovation of consulting, analytics and enabling CRM capabilities to help clients:
• Transform the sales and marketing function within an organization to drive revenue growth and customer success
• Optimize, humanize and transform customer engagement across the post-sales value chain
• Drive transition to new revenue models (e.g., subscription-based revenue models) enabled by product development, configure-price-quote (CPQ), contract lifecycle management (CLM) and service processes
Lori is heavily engaged in coordinating PwC’s sponsorship and participation in Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) and continues to be visible at industry events. She was selected by her peers as PwC’s 2012 Working Mom of the Year as a “Master Mentor” and is an active advocate of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
