Marcela is the Multicultural Editorial Manager for Comcast. In this role, she curates content for the Latino, International, and Asian American destinations on the X1, Stream, and Flex platforms. Marcela began her career at Comcast as part of the Multicultural team that created the first bicultural experience with the launch of X1 in Spanish.
Prior to joining Comcast, she was a Quality Director at Transperfect Translations.
Growing up in two South American countries, Chile and Ecuador, plus the experience with translations for different markets Marcela has gained valuable in-depth knowledge of the Hispanic audience.
Marcela has a degree in English and French into Spanish Translation from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. She currently lives in New Jersey with her son.
