Megha Joshi serves as the Vice President of Corporate Escalations at Charter Communications. Based in the Stamford, CT office, she oversees the investigation and handling of all customer escalations to Charter executives and regulatory agencies.
Megha is extremely passionate about driving business improvements by learning firsthand information by dissecting customer journey. Her team focuses on expedient issue resolution, and infuses insights derived from those resolutions to enhance business rules, technology and processes to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Prior to joining Charter in 2016, Megha spent majority of her career in management consulting realm with Deloitte Consulting and Tata Consultancy Services. In prior roles, Megha devised Reporting Strategy and business intelligence solutions to facilitate decision making by senior executives across a multitude of industries including telecom, retail, real estate, financial services and healthcare.
Megha holds a Bachelors in Electronics & Communications Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia University in India and an MBA in Strategy from the Ohio State University. Outside of work, Megha enjoys practicing yoga, meditation, hiking, reading, traveling the world with her husband and playing with her feisty dog.
