Michelle Frank

Frank is a seasoned professional with exceptional operational acumen,
customer focus, and strong leadership skills.  She currently holds the
position of Vice President, e-Commerce Platforms and User Experience for
Comcast’s Digital Sales and Self Service channel.   In her role,
Michelle has responsibility for backend technical site development, day to
day operations, site creative/user experience and the test and learn platform
for ongoing enhancements.  Prior to her current role, Michelle was
Executive Director in the Enterprise Program Management Office with Comcast,
providing program management and portfolio management resources for
the Communications and Data Services, and e-Commerce and Self Service
business units.   Michelle has been with Comcast since 2007.


joining Comcast, Michelle enjoyed success leading Sales, Service, IT and
Operations organizations in Telecommunications, Software and Financial Services
Industries including roles with MCI, Reuters and several smaller companies.
 Michelle lives in the distant suburbs of Philadelphia with her husband
Joe and enjoys spending her spare time spoiling her grandchildren.
