Michelle Luecal

Michelle Luecal has spent the last 25 years leading HR and Talent Development initiatives for organizations ranging in size from 800 employees to 16,000 employees. Most recently, Michelle served as the VP of Training, Organizational Development and HR Compliance for Suddenlink Communications.  Prior to that, she held the position of Senior Director of HR for Charter Communications – Corporate and Media.  For 6 years prior to Charter, Michelle worked for National Information Solutions Cooperative as the Vice President of People and Communications.  Currently, Michelle performs consulting services in all areas of human resources and organizational development through her consulting firm, Luecal Consulting.

 

Her expertise in HR includes strategy development, leadership development, organizational development, employee relations, employee communications, HR policy and best practices, and recruiting strategies.  Her experiences include evaluating HR and leadership effectiveness, executive coaching, developing employment policies, driving employee performance, creating a strategy for developing organizational culture that aligns with the business values, employee engagement initiatives, and the development and delivery of employee and leadership training programs.

 

Michelle possesses a consultative style and has a proven track record of learning the client’s business, evaluating HR needs, and recommending sound practical solutions that make sense for the business.

 

Michelle has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Central Missouri State University and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Lindenwood University. She has been awarded the SPHR (Senior Professional in HR) certification from the Society of Human Resource Management and is a 2014 graduate of the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute.

 

She is actively involved in her church serving as a co-leader of Grace’s Workplace Ministry and serves on the community board for Mercy Ministries.
