Michelle Tu is a Sr. Manager of Human Resources, supporting Central and Pacific Region Sales and Sales support teams for Effectv. Michelle has more than 5 years of experience in Human Resources strategy, supporting multiple organizations, including Supply Chain, Customer Service, Sales and Marketing teams.
In her current role, Michelle focuses on partnering with business leaders in all areas of strategic alignment, leadership development, talent planning and building alignment in culture and engagement. Within her time at Comcast and Effectv, she has implemented training and execution of consistent performance management strategy, lead multiple initiatives, as well as build leadership capability through education and coaching of new and incumbent leaders.
In 2021, Michelle supported the launch of Comcast Advertising’s Talent Catalyst program. Through this launch, she partnered with Advertising Talent Management to establish a high-potential program driven to accelerate key talent in the organization by identifying career growth plan opportunities, matching sponsorship connections, and challenging leaders to think through their next steps in their career journey. Additionally, in 2020, Michelle also supported the launch of Coaching PODs, an initiative across Comcast Advertising focused on providing all leaders an opportunity to network across teams.
Michelle holds a Masters degree from the University of Minnesota. She enjoys running, traveling and hanging out with her dog in her spare time. She and her husband hope to travel to more places in 2022.
