Millie Zdziebkowski was recently promoted to Director, Multicultural
Services. In this role, Millie is responsible for implementing strategic
campaigns designed to highlight the value of Xfinity products and services
among Hispanic subscribers.
Currently at Comcast, Inc., Millie works closely with all Hispanic
networks and other content providers to develop programming campaigns, which
highlight the growing collection of Latino programming and other Xfinity video
services. For the past three years, her team has led the editorial strategy and
execution of the biggest Latino On Demand event at Comcast and in 2015 it
reached unprecedented penetration among Latino households with +49% growth from
the prior year.
Her team is responsible for the Xfinity Latino Entertainment
Channel, which is available to all Xfinity TV subscribers and is dedicated to
helping Latino customers maximize their experience with Xfinity products and
discover programming relevant to them in the language of their choice.
Before joining Comcast, Millie held various positions spanning the
entertainment industry: she helped launch Disney Channel in Latin America,
served as Sr. Producer On-Air Promotions for Discovery Channel, as well as
leading film acquisitions for Image Entertainment and Venevision International
where she licensed over 700 films for distribution in the U.S.
Millie has served as industry panelist in numerous film
conferences and festivals around the world, and as Juror at the Los Angeles
Latino Film Festival. She holds an MBA from Florida International University,
Bachelor in Communications from the University of Miami, and began her career
with CBS’s WFOR Channel 4 in Miami, Florida.
