Myra Gorostiaga is the Senior Director of Social Media Insights for A+E Networks’ portfolio of brands (A&E, HISTORY, Lifetime). In her role, Myra uses social media data to inform strategy and content decisions for multiple divisions across the company including programming, marketing, PR, distribution, digital, and more.
Prior to joining A+E, Myra spent four years in Singapore working in a global role for Lenovo, setting reporting and social measurement standards for regions across the world.
Myra started her career in New York working with top TV clients such as HBO, CBS, and Food Network at Nielsen BuzzMetrics, one of the first technologies to use social media listening for monitoring consumer opinions. She then moved on to a Digital Analytics role with NBC Universal supporting the ad sales and product teams. This jumpstarted her 15 year career in the digital and social media space.
