While in school it was a summer internship at Sony Pictures International that sparked an interest in and passion for the technical operations behind film and television production and post-production. A few years and a handful of on set and edit jobs later, Nadine joined Lifetime Television as a freelance post-production technician in their duplication tape room. Moving through the ranks she quickly took on additional roles in Quality Control, the creation of on-air graphics and secondary events, files-based assets, chyron work and promo ingest. Following the merger of Lifetime and A+E, Nadine took on more of a leadership role in charge of Quality Control and continued her growth from there. Being a manager of people has been one of the most challenging yet rewarding aspects of her role and is the one she takes most seriously.
