Nita Clemens began her career with Time Warner Cable in
March 2008 as Credit & Collections Manager for the San Diego Desert Cities
division. After successfully driving
impactful change, she transitioned to Media Sales in Dallas where she led a
team as the Credit, Billing & Collections Manager for the Central ROC. Nita relocated to Charlotte after accepting a
corporate role as Senior Project Manager within Retention Marketing.
As a member of Time Warner Cable’s “KEEP” team, Nita directs
the development, execution and optimization of customer retention
programs. Since joining Time Warner
Cable, Nita has restructured the way the business thinks about at risk customer
retention. In addition to her work with
at risk customers, Nita has been paramount in developing retention strategies
that are used across the enterprise to improve the customer experience. She works cross-functionally with corporate
and regional business partners driving tenure-building programs across all
customer segments. Nita is a
collaborative leader who continually looks for innovative ways to support the
organization and improve the customer experience. She has the passion and commitment to do what
is right for both the customer and the business. Nita’s ability to examine processes and
practices with a critical eye, looking for breakdowns that impact the business
and customers has served her well when soliciting executive sponsorship to
impact sustainable change.
Prior to joining Time Warner Cable, Nita held finance and
operational leadership positions in various industries ranging from auto glass
to clinical research to construction.
Nita graduated from Wittenberg University with a Bachelor’s degree in
Biology and currently resides near Charlotte with her husband, two young
children and dog. In her spare time,
Nita enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle, motorsports, cooking, and volunteer
work with local youth sports organizations.
