With more than 10 years of experience as a communication and change management professional, Nora Kzirian has been recognized among clients for her creative and practical approaches to customer communications. She started her career in 2004, where she served as Press Secretary for the Honorable Steve Rothman, former U.S. Representative for New Jersey’s 9th congressional district.
She joined Comcast in 2005 and has since held several positions supporting employee and customer communications. In her current role as Senior Manager of Customer Marketing and Communications at Comcast Business, she is responsible for building and implementing strategies and solutions to ensure customers receive timely and thoughtful communications after purchasing their products and services.
Nora currently lives in Philadelphia with her husband, Jim, and son, David. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Rutgers University and is a candidate for a Master’s of Science degree in E-Learning Leadership from Drexel University.
