Olga Feldman currently services as Vice President for Comcast National Customer Operations Team and has worked for Comcast over the past 10 years in several leadership roles.
Within her current role at Comcast, she is responsible for driving Comcast Customer Care and Technician Business Partner compliance and support functions, primarily focused on Risk Management, Training and Net Promotor System of the Business Partner network, consisting of 40+ Partners, 12 countries, and 80+ sites. Olga has also recently been leading implementation of key cybersecurity controls within internal care organization. Olga’s approach with risk management has always been collaboration and education of both Partners and Partner Managers. In an ever-changing environment, it’s important to have awareness of risk to manage it appropriately.
Prior to Business Partner Management, Olga spent five years in Comcast Corporate Audit Team, reviewing all components of Comcast Cable Operations, including Business Services, Spotlight, Division Operations and many more. With over 21 years of professional experience, Olga has also worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers and TeleTech prior to joining Comcast. During Olga’s consulting experience, she worked in a variety of industries, including telecommunication, retail, manufacturing, and software sales.
Olga holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston University; a Certified Public Accountant in Colorado and Certified Internal Auditor designations; as well as Certification in Risk Management Assurance. She currently resides in Denver Colorado with her husband and two daughters.
