Rachel, now entering her 10th year at WarnerMedia, is currently Vice President, Live Events. In this position she is responsible for oversight of the team’s senior staff across all projects, focusing on project management and major milestones, budget development, staffing assignments, broadcast deliverables, sponsor and creative elements, client management, and overall project execution.
Rachel’s team is primarily responsible for the tentpole fan events surrounding NCAA Men’s Final Four, including Final Four Fan Fest, March Madness Music Festival, and Tip-Off Tailgate. Additionally, her team manages the NBA on TNT Road Show franchise, and numerous other WarnerMedia event properties and client activities. As part of her overarching team leadership role, Rachel works closely with Sports Ad Sales, League partners, Accounting, Finance, and Legal to ensure all event objectives and deliverables are met.
Prior to joining WarnerMedia, Rachel spent 12 years at IMG where she worked in the College, Consulting, and Tennis divisions. She managed various client accounts, created and implemented sponsorship activation strategies, and managed relationships with numerous sports properties.
A graduate of Cornell University, Rachel attended the school of Hotel Administration where she developed her passion for events. She also served as Co-Captain of the Women’s Swimming & Diving team.
Rachel currently lives in Westlake, Ohio with her husband and daughter. Outside of work she enjoys running, hiking, boating, cooking, and spending time with her family.
