Rachelle Hill

​As manager of digital marketing at Comcast, Rachelle is responsible for the

strategy, coordination, and execution of customer-focused campaigns for xfinity.com. She ensures the digital journey is aligned from off-site media to on-site personalization efforts to drive engagement and conversion among key audiences. Two areas of her focus are brand consideration and digital adoption. She spearheads digital marketing alignment with company-wide brand campaigns, providing insight into correlations between awareness, conversation rate, and customer loyalty. She also leads targeted customer marketing initiatives in support of digital adoption efforts throughout the customer lifecycle to increase lifetime value and NPS.


Since joining Comcast’s Digital Center of Excellence team in 2011, Rachelle has focused on data analysis and forecasting, personalization, and new product marketing. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Strategic Communication and a bachelor’s degree, both from Villanova University.
