Rebecca Fracassa

Becca Fracassa develops Comcast’s community impact strategy and oversees the execution of community investment initiatives across Comcast’s Greater Boston Region footprint. This includes responsibility for service programs, employee engagement, Comcast Foundation grant making, and local maintenance of national partnerships such as those with Boys & Girls Clubs, City Year, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and the Urban League. Fracassa is also responsible for developing and maintaining dynamic corporate social responsibility programs to address local business needs and Comcast’s digital literacy focus. She oversees community investment resources including public service announcements, courtesy services, Comcast Foundation grants, and local sponsorship funds.

 

Prior to joining Comcast in 2002, Becca worked for KMI Research, a subsidiary of Pennwell Publishing, promoting market research products for the long haul fiber industry. She began her career in the nonprofit sector managing the execution of professional development programs for educators with the Rhode Island chapter of the National Writing Project.

 

Becca holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications Studies from the University of Rhode Island and is a graduate of the Boston Chamber of Commerce Future Leaders Program and the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship Leadership Academy.  She lives in Attleboro, Massachusetts with her husband and two children.  ​
