Robin Pelleck’s career as a director, writer, and television producer began at CNN. Live network events such as Superbowls, NBA, Monday Night Football, and Live in Times Square on New Years Eve were just a few of the large events that have defined Robin’s exciting path. After spending many years working in network sports for Moxie Video Productions, CBS Sports, and ABC Sports, Robin joined the Turner team as Director, Original Custom Content for TNT and TBS Programming. She currently oversees creative digital content for scripted dramas and comedies as well as unscripted series for both of these networks.
A member of the Directors Guild of America and Producers Guild of America, Robin’s award-winning and diverse background also includes sports documentary, commercials, television series, studio and remote production as well as, marketing for film and television. She was the founder of Order24 Productions, a creative and production services company that focused on multi-platform production; integrating and extending traditional television, creative and remote production with digital and new media. Partners and clients included: Viacom, CBS Sports, ABC Sports/ESPN, NBC, Sundance Channel, CourtTV/TruTV, Turner Studios, MTV, BET, AOL, YouTube, OWN, JWT, Publicis, Edelman Digital, BBDO and Ogilvy.
In 2013, Robin began to share her experiences with Producing, Directing and Screenwriting candidates at UCLA’s School of Theatre, Film and Television. As an Adjunct Professor in the Producers Program, her graduate level classes in Television and Digital Content focus on both the creative development and production of original digital series.
A native New Yorker, Robin is a graduate of The City University of New York at Queens College and currently lives in Los Angeles. Growing up as a tennis player, Robin spends her spare time in the LA sunshine hitting with top level tennis professionals. She can also likely be found biking up PCH, on Twitter, at a Soul Cycle class or catching up on her favorite scripted television dramas.
