Samantha McConnell is a Senior Manager of Care Digital Strategy & Operations with Cox Communications. In addition to a broad focus on digital assist and self-serve support, Samantha brings deep experience in conversational AI and rich messaging strategy. She also leads the team responsible for training Cox’s virtual assistant, Oliver.
Prior to her current role, Samantha held a number of positions as a business owner, consultant and program manager at the juncture of strategy, technology and operations. She enabled companies’ evolution through strategic changes including digital transformation, technology planning and implementation, customer-impacting network upgrades, and mergers and acquisitions.
Samantha graduated 5th in her class of 930 from Vanderbilt University’s College of Arts and Science, with a self-designed major in Organizational Communication and Strategy. She currently resides in Roswell, Georgia, with her family.
