Samantha Weisz joined Comcast in 2016 as part of the Multi-Cultural Services team. In this role, she focuses on optimizing the experience that Comcast offers to Hispanic consumers. This involves working across business units and functions to identify opportunities where Comcast products can better serve Hispanic consumers and partnering cross functionally to execute improvements in all aspects of the customer experience. One of Samantha’s key initiatives involved identifying use cases for home security & automation that are unique to Hispanic families, working to enhance product features, marketing, and sales to better meet their needs. Samantha continuously develops key areas of business that impact Hispanic consumers, contributing to repackaging efforts and emerging lines of business including pre-paid internet and mobile.
