Sara Richardson began her 20 year career in telecommunications at Comcast. She has managed various departments throughout the years including Billing, Front Counter/Cable Store, Collections, Repair, Dispatch, Customer Advocacy Team, Quality Assurance, Escalations and Special Assistance. In her current role she works as Collections Manager for the Comcast West Division Collections Center of Excellence which employs more than 500 and serves more than 6 million customers.
Sara serves on the Juan Diego Catholic High School Board and is an active “Big Sister” for the Big Brothers Big Sisters “Beyond School Walls” mentoring program. Sara has participated in leadership programs such as Comcast Fundamentals of Leadership and holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
