Sarah Healey is a Director of Finance at Comcast supporting the Customer Service departments. In this role, Sarah leads a team responsible for Budgeting and Forecasting approx. $500M in spend for internal and business partner resources to support our customers. As the support for customers is evolving from traditional phone support to digital self-service options, bot assistants and chat, Sarah works cross functionally to ensure forecasts represent our latest operational strategies. Sarah is passionate about process simplification and continuous improvement to help the business drive down cost and improve the customer experience.
Sarah’s past experience includes finance roles at Comcast supporting Technical Operations and Engineering departments, as well as project based roles to drive process efficiencies and standardization. Prior to Comcast, Sarah worked at Dell, Inc in Internal Audit, Demand/Supply Forecasting and Investor Relations.
Sarah lives in Denver, Colorado with her husband and 2 kids. She loves spending time in the mountains skiing and bike riding. Sarah has a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University.
