Shanda Hartnett is a Regional Customer Service Manager for Sparklight where she has worked for the last 17 years. Shanda has a master’s in business management that she earned working full time and taking care of her family. She lives in Texas where she enjoys spending time with her husband, five children that range from ages 27-17 and her two granddaughters that are 6 and 4. The best part of her day is when she comes home and sees her fur babies greeting her at the door.
