Shanthi Nathan started her career in IT Development as a developer for a telecom Reseller firm; she was soon promoted to be a director eventually to manage the software development team for the firm developing in-house products. In 1999 she accepted a position as a Senior Program Manager at BellSouth now AT&T managing critical portfolio projects. She then was hired by Cox communications as a senior project manager. Through her 20 + year tenure she has held various management positions such Director, Senior Program Manager of application development and most recently Senior Project Manager. In this position, Shanthi manages projects for Cox Business application development division, collaborating with a variety of cross-functional teams focused on multi-million dollar projects/initiatives for the customer notification systems to help enhance the customer experience and journey.
Shanthi received her Master Certificate in Project Management from Washington University and continued to get her Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI) and actively maintains her credentials.
In her free time Shanthi enjoys entertaining and walking her dog Rocky, spending time doing yoga and enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and biking.
