Shayla Costa-Williams serves as Human Resources Manager supporting the West Division at Comcast, where she supports Customer Care. Shayla partners with business leaders to architect and execute people led strategies to meet the evolving demands of the business. She is an authentic leader and is known for her passion for DE&I and challenging leaders to think differently.
Shayla has served in multiple human resources roles in her time with Comcast. She began her Comcast career supporting Talent Acquisition for the West Division, spanning from regional recruiting to executive search recruiting for the Division Share Services client group. Shayla also supported the West Division Employee Engagement team, where she consulted on all aspects of employee relations and guided multiple strategic initiatives, including Organizational Health and Leadership Development.
Shayla earned her Master of Business Administration – Organizational Performance Management from Regis University. She and her husband, William are in Denver, CO and love spending time with their daughter, Rae and dog, Baloo.
