Shelly Farmer is an Account Manager at Integrated Broadband Services, the leading provider of voice and data services for Tier 2 and 3 cable and broadband providers. In her current role, she is responsible for managing and maintaining the relationship between the customer and IBBS through open continuous communication with direct involvement in more strategic initiatives.
Shelly has held various positions at IBBS, starting with Tier 1 Call Center Agent, Network Operations Center Analyst, Marketing Coordinator, Tier 1 Supervisor to most recently Account Manager. Her achievements include successfully launching procedures in the NOC, implementing and managing IBBS’s first user’s conference, creating mission/vision/values for the company, mentoring and developing agents for promotions, and building strong rapport with key accounts.
Shelly earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Kennesaw State University in 2004. She currently resides in Cartersville, Georgia with her husband Charlie and three children Alexie, Abigail and Landon.
