Sherry Patti is a Sr. Director of Strategy and Enablement at Comcast. She has been with Comcast for 19 years. In this role, she supports The West Division Sales Center of Excellence, the company’s virtual call center sales team. For her internal clients, she drives strategy development, sales effectiveness, project management, target setting, and strategic business planning. Sherry’s successful partnership within her division promotes seamless solutions, process improvement, and customer satisfaction.
In her previous roles within Comcast, she held roles in direct sales as a sales trainer, strategy and operations in a care role focused on increasing sales in traditionally non sales queues and running frontline teams.
In her free time, Sherry enjoys reading, catching up on all of the amazing entertainment on X1 and spending time with her husband and children, Kaytlin, Jacob and Mandi.
