Siobhan Dullea

Turning an idea into a business is hard. Siobhan’s passion is helping business builders, innovators, problem solvers, and entrepreneurs thrive. She is a successful entrepreneur herself, and an advisor to many others.

As CEO of MassChallenge, Siobhan sets and manages strategy for the largest zero-equity startup accelerator in the world. MassChallenge is the global network for innovators who are working to solve massive challenges. MassChallenge has a proven track record for developing and growing innovation ecosystems that transform businesses and economies.

Siobhan has held C-level positions at leading-edge companies. Siobhan joined MassChallenge in 2016 as Chief Operating Officer, leading worldwide operations and overseeing the organization’s nine accelerators worldwide. Before joining MassChallenge, Siobhan served as Chief Growth Officer for The Grommet, an online marketplace and product discovery platform, where she was responsible for the wholesale business and programs to support entrepreneurial growth. She was also a founding team member of C Space (formerly Communispace Corporation) where she helped grow the company and through a successful acquisition by Omnicom Group. As Global Chief Client Officer, Siobhan led the integration across companies acquired in the UK and China.

Siobhan is a 2021 Federal 100 award winner and 2015 RevBoston Honoree. She speaks on innovation and entrepreneurship regularly. She is on the Board of Directors for WiST (Women in Sports Tech), MassChallenge, Inc, and MassChallenge Israel. She is also a member of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts FinTech Working Group and a founding member of Wage Equity Now, which is working to close the raw wage gap by 2030.

Siobhan has dual degrees in political science and business from Boston University.
