Stacey Duckett

​​Stacey Duckett serves as a Call Center Sales Director for the Atlantic Region of Suddenlink Communications.  As Sales Director she is responsible for coaching, performance enhancement, and sales growth within her center.  She also works directly with marketing and operations to drive sales performance, growth, and culture throughout the region. 


Stacey joined Suddenlink Communications in March of 2014.  She has more than nine years of experience in the cable industry and over 14 years of call center experience.  She began her career in retail and human resources at Meijer Incorporated.  There she worked closely with leadership to develop a training team and implement new call center technology including a new CRM tool.  She was also a Retention Team Manager for Charter Communications for seven years.  At Charter Stacey developed and chaired a Mentor Program to enhance the skills of her teams and provide opportunities for career development, as well as, a Director’s Luncheon Program to recognize and reward top performers.  In 2011 she won Charter’s Sales Champions Program, a yearly program to award top sales performance within the organization.


Stacey holds a master’s degree in Management with an emphasis in Organizational Development from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, she currently resides in Parkersburg, West Virginia with her spouse and three children.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
