Svetlana (Lana) Semenova is B2B Inside Sales Vice President at Altice USA. In this role she is leading national Inbound, Outbound, and E-commerce B2B sales teams. Her contact center team consists of over 70 sales agents across two sites in New York and Taxes. She is responsible for development of an organization-wide strategy for B2B Call Center Sales channels to promote sales, increase net gain, increase revenue and ensure customer satisfaction. Prior to her current role, Lana held several roles of increasing responsibility at Cablevision, which was acquired by Altice in 2016, in care, operations, and sales organization.
The big initiative that Lana is most proud of is unifying two sales teams from different parts of the country. After Altice acquisition she created a true national sales team with harmonized processes and simplified customer journey.
Lana and her family moved from Odessa, Ukraine in 1996 and lived in New York ever since. She received a bachelor’s degree in Culture and Communications from CUNY and MBA from Capella University. She resides in Long Island, New York with her husband Roy and her very active toddler Anastasia. In her free time she enjoys fishing, traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family.
