Tanya Wilson is an exceptional leader in the area of Call Center Development and Design. Her experience spans 23 years and has included management positions in training and development and operational design, as well as, public relations. Tanya began her career in Houston Texas with Warner Cable, transitioning quickly to Home Box Office. Following a downsizing of HBO Direct, Tanya returned to the cable side of the business where she has led divisional call centers to top performance. In 2009, Tanya and her leadership partners led the Time Warner Cable Charlotte Call Center to being number one in the country amongst all TWC regions. She has continued her focus in 2010, leading the Charlotte division to number one performance in the Carolina region.
Some of her accomplishments include sales and incentive development, leadership development and exclusive moral and motivational programs. She is an author and transformational speaker in addition to her many responsibilities within the Time Warner family.
