Tasha Taylor-Igbanol is a passionate video producer with extensive experience in project management, marketing, digital media, strategic internal and external communications, social media, and event management.
As the Director of Impact & Inclusion at Comcast, Tasha oversees a project management (PM) team that provides support for the DE&I team by leading key projects and initiatives and collaborating with team members to develop project plans, project timelines, assisting with client relationship management, and assessing the project’s performance to ensure on-time completion. In addition to providing PM support, her team is also responsible for managing the department budget and monitoring and tracking the department’s annual priorities and key milestones.
Previously, Tasha managed diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) digital communications initiatives at Comcast, including video and web production, social media strategy for DE&I branded content, and event logistics to position the company as a DE&I thought leader in Corporate America.
Tasha is a former co-lead of the Women’s Network at Comcast, the company’s women-focused Employee Resource Group and managed a group of volunteers from 2018-2020. The Women’s Network provides opportunities for women and their allies to connect with each other while empowering them to advance their careers through professional growth opportunities, forums to network, and educational resources.
Prior to joining Comcast Corporation, Tasha was a Regional Marketing Manager at Vein Clinics of America and a Commercial Producer/Writer for WJZ-TV, a CBS owned-and-operated news station in Baltimore, MD.
Tasha holds a M.S. in Marketing from Johns Hopkins University, Carey Business School and a B.S. in Electronic Media and Film from Towson University. She lives in Philadelphia with her husband and son.
