Teresa O’Keefe serves as Senior Director of Customer CARE for the Washington and Mountain markets in the Fife Call Center, near Seattle. In this role, she is responsible for driving financial and operational results, developing and implementing business strategies which then ensure an alignment of Call Center operations with Comcast business objectives.
Since joining Comcast in 2004, Teresa has been instrumental in the successful launch of new products and services including Comcast Digital Voice, Xfinity Signature Support, Xfinity Home Security and most recently the start up of the Verizon Center of Excellence in Fife, WA. She has led her teams to achieve several key honors including “Best Sales and Retention” teams in the West Division. The Washington market has earned the coveted “System of the Year” in both 2005 and 2008 in addition to top spots for Operational metrics on the Power Rankings.
Prior to joining Comcast, Teresa held a leadership position with Verizon Wireless for Direct Business Sales for the Washington Market, where she managed a B2B sales team for Strategic and Government accounts in a highly competitive environment. A twenty plus year veteran of the telecommunications industry, Teresa built a strong track record in operational leadership positions with Qwest Communications, U S West and Pacific NW Bell where she took on a series of increasingly challenging roles. Based on her outstanding leadership, results and contributions to her organizations, Teresa was recognized with top honors, including numerous President’s Club and Council of Leaders awards.
