Therese Miclot is the Practice Director of Proteus’ Building Skills and Knowledge area. She works with organizations to ensure their employees have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed, by supporting clients to build and then deliver Proteus’ practical, skill-based learning solutions.
Her ability to solve complex organizational challenges is grounded in both relationships and results: she has a gift for helping all the stakeholders in a process or project discover their common goals and work together to achieve them.
She’s worked with all levels of leadership, from senior executives to new people managers, in a variety of areas—from skill-based leadership development to change management. She has consulted to a number of corporations including Facebook, Chanel, Grant Thornton, Rockwell Automation, Scotiabank, TJX Companies, Discovery Communications, AccuWeather, McDonalds, and Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT).
Therese is sought after as a trainer-of-trainers and has a passion for improving instructor quality. She maximizes the value of classroom learning by delivering dynamic, interactive, world-class learning experiences and building that capability in others.
She’s coached hundreds of managers to help them become better at leading others and achieving results. Therese is also a Tracom Master Certified SOCIAL STYLE instructor.
With a Masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, she brings a disciplined approach to training implementation, while finding joy in creating practical and simple solutions to clients’ needs.
