Tiffany DeBolt is currently the Senior Manager of Business Process Effectiveness for National Video Deployment Engineering (NVDE) at Comcast. In this role, she helps lead the NVDE team to execute video product and service deployments with efficiency, consistency, and quality. In addition, she partners with organizations across Comcast to discover and replicate best practices.
Throughout her 13+ year career, Tiffany has held a variety of project management and process positions of increasing responsibility. She started her career in 1999 as a Project Specialist with Cox Communications Business Services in San Diego. In this role, she executed operational efficiency projects to streamline the business customer installation processes. In 2004, Tiffany moved to Denver to become a Project Manager for Mass Markets with Qwest Communications where she directed improvement initiatives totaling over $40M in a two-year period. After Qwest, Tiffany joined Comcast as a Project Manager in voice engineering. She has since advanced into management for the video deployment organization.
Tiffany holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The College of William and Mary. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Greenbelt. Tiffany is also a published author on “The Cost of Waste,” in Business Today, and the “Transferrable Skills of Project Management.”
