New to the cable industry, Tori is the Director of Care for the Western New England region of Comcast, located in Berlin, CT. She specializes in operational process management, focusing on improving efficiency and quality through process improvement.
Tori has more than 12 years of experience leading teams in creative marketing, risk management, process and knowledge management and servicing intent, most recently with Capital One Financial Services, in Richmond, VA. She also spent 5 years teaching high school Special Education in the Richmond area.
Tori holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Averett University in Richmond, VA, an M.Ed. in Special Education from The College of William & Mary, in Williamsburg, VA and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, VA.
A New England native, Tori lives the Greater Hartford area with her son, Jaden.
