Tori Miller is the Senior Director of Customer Care for BrightHouse Networks in the Central Florida Division. She joined BrightHouse Networks in November, 2008. Her responsibilities include oversight of the high speed internet and home phone technical support team in addition to the back office provisioning teams for commercial and residential customers. Prior to joining BrightHouse Networks, Tori gained valuable experience in call center operations and field operations working for Charter Communications and Time Warner Cable in Wisconsin and Minnesota. She is a graduate of Marian College of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin and holds a degree in Business Administration.
When Tori is not at work, she can be found creating original stained glass art, cooking for family and friends or relaxing with a good book enjoying the company of her “four legged” children.
