Tracy DiPallo is the Sr. Manager of Desktop Operations for Comcast Business Services. In this role Tracy focuses on ways to support the company’s strategic objectives of improving the customer experience. Tracy’s team oversees projects that build transparency across the organization, reduce system complexity and engage customers and employees through multiple communications channels. The Desktop Operations team is based out of Comcast Corporate Headquarters in Philadelphia PA, and collaborates regularly with division and regional operational teams throughout the country.
Since joining Comcast in 2005 Tracy has worked to help support the growth within Comcast Business Services by holding roles in Sales, Sales Operations, and Customer Care. Most recently as Manager of Business Services Customer Care for the Eastern Division she was able to help support a growing customer base through initiatives to reduce customer contact rate along with a comprehensive performance management program.
Tracy holds a Bachelors of Science in Economics from Penn State University and is currently completing a Masters in Leadership Development. She resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
