Tracy Goldsmith was a Manager in the Comcast Assurance and Advisory Team at Comcast’s corporate headquarters in Philadelphia. In her role, Tracy managed the Company’s compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley for Comcast Corporate, Cable, and NBCUniversal financial processes. Tracy recently transitioned into the Sarbanes-Oxley Project Management Organization. In this role, Tracy was responsible for overseeing the Sarbanes-Oxley program including scoping, budgeting, and reporting status to executive management.
Prior to becoming a Manager, Tracy spent two years as an auditor within the CAAT department performing operational and financial audit/advisory engagements within Comcast Corporate, Cable, and NBCUniversal. Tracy also worked at KPMG for three years as a Senior Audit Associate in their Consumer and Industrial Markets sector.
Tracy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.
