Trish Lemley is senior vice president of Turner Sales Operations and Client Services, chiefly responsible for domestic and international traffic operations, account service and corporate invoicing. Her oversight extends to Turner’s global television and digital properties which include CNN, TBS and TNT, among others. She is based in New York and reports to Michael Salerno, executive vice president of Strategic Planning and Operations.
A twenty-two year veteran of Turner Broadcasting, Trish began her career on a temporary contract, was hired in-house and has since worn many hats, from Sales Assistant ascending to her current senior executive position. First-hand knowledge and experience within each function helped Lemley hone her operational, technical and relationship-building skills. During her tenure, Lemley has contributed to the development of numerous sales operations systems, processes and policies that have established best practices for the division. She helped launch the original Account Service Representative (ASR) team, helped build the Digital Operations division, and most recently, led the consolidation of the teams, streamlining the division to enable a more nimble and effective operation both vertically – across the news, entertainment and sports genres – and horizontally across linear and digital platforms. Lemley’s operational teams are responsible for the execution, stewardship and billing of Turner’s multi-billion dollar ad sales revenue business.
Trish is an active member of influential industry associations, holding Ad Ops council and board seats at the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) and Cable Advertising Bureau (CAB). She also serves as an executive mentor within the Time Warner Women’s Network, an internal Business Resource Group.
Lemley earned a bachelor’s degree, awarded Magna Cum Laude, in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Connecticut. She lives in Connecticut with her husband and two children.
