Tzveta Raynova is a senior leader with deep experience in strategy, deal execution and product development from roles in investment banking, private equity and media business & corporate development.
Tzveta currently serves as Director of Business Development in Comcast’s Strategic Development organization. In this role, Tzveta is responsible for strategic partnerships that drive meaningful growth across the company’s video, broadband and smart home platforms.
Before joining Comcast, Tzveta started an independent consulting practice advising startups across industries on business planning, fundraising and M&A. Previously, Tzveta worked for Viacom’s Strategy & Corporate Development team where she led cross-brand strategy projects, partnerships and investments for Viacom Media Networks and Paramount Pictures.
Tzveta started her career at Morgan Stanley where she provided M&A and capital raising advisory services to clients in FinTech and private equity. She expanded her deal execution experience at KKR where she evaluated investments in tech & healthcare companies, partnered with management teams on growth initiatives and raised capital for the firm.
Tzveta earned her B.A. in Economics from St. Lawrence University and her MBA from Harvard Business School.
Tzveta is passionate about education and giving back to her undergraduate alma mater. She served as trustee to the St. Lawrence University Board and remains involved as a mentor to sophomore students.
In her free time, Tzveta enjoys yoga, exploring new restaurants with friends, spending time outdoors with her English cocker spaniel Finn and international travel.
