Virginia (Ginny) Sullivan is a Vendor Manager with Comcast where she manages the performance of outsourcing partners onshore and nearshore to achieve KPI performance parity. Additionally responsible for driving sales performance across the West Division care partner network. She has spent 18+ years in contact centers and client relation management with a proven track record of driving teams to meet and exceed performance goals and delivering financial efficiency.
Ginny spent the first 13 years of her career with an outsourcing organization affording her the opportunity to expand her depth of knowledge in several industries. Before her role with Comcast she ventured into business ownership where she purchased and ran a local restaurant in her hometown. Also, before her role with Comcast, she led a call center consolidation initiative with Experian in Dallas saving the company over 15 thousand in monthly overtime cost. Ginny is currently working to develop a winning team of top performers across the division, coupling customer experience and sales performance. She attended Mesa State University of Grand Junction Colorado with an emphasis in business.
Ginny is the mother of one son and one daughter. Brad (26) runs his own insurance agency, and Lindsay (24) is a successful Service Advisor with Toyota. She also has 3 grandchildren, Taisley (7), Exton (3), and Bexley (1). She enjoys concerts, traveling, and outdoor activities with friends and family.
