Wendy Wilson

Wendy Wilson is the Vice President, Product Management within the Advanced Technology Group at Time Warner Cable (TWC).  Ms. Wilson’s responsibilities include overseeing HSD products and programs, managing the development of all customer-facing product offerings and backend technologies, as well as handling the product lifecycle from concept through deployment.  She has been a key contributor to the growth and innovation of TWC’s HSD product suite. 

Ms. Wilson began her career at TWC in 2000 as Media Relations Manager.  Over the next five years she was promoted to Director of Division Marketing and Communications, and then to Senior Director, Field Marketing.  Wilson and her team were responsible for the creation and delivery of many marketing campaigns and deliverables used to drive incremental sales throughout the Cable and Telecommunications market.  Her team received accolades from several Cable and Telecommunications Associations.

Prior to joining the cable industry, Ms. Wilson was the Director of Community Relations for the Washington Redskins, of the National Football League.  She served as liaison between the organization and the community for all marketing and public relations outreach opportunities.

Ms. Wilson is an active member of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) – is the recipient of the 2009 WICT Washington/Baltimore Inspire Award and WICT Executive Development and Rising Leaders Graduate (2009 and 2010).  She is also involved in NAMIC, Cable and Telecommunications Association of Marketing (CTAM), CableLabs and is currently Chair of TWC’s Women’s Collective in Virginia. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she was a two sport college athlete, swimming and soccer, and continues to compete in swimming and enjoys coaching youth soccer.
