Greater Chicago: Give Your Time to Those Who Need it Most

Last week we announced our next service project. We’ll be helping the folks at Neighborhood Food Pantries in Hanover Park. They’ll be hosting a 5K fundraiser and we’ll need some volunteers to help with the event. The race takes place Saturday, June 24, at Mallard Lake County Forest Preserve.

You can volunteer for one of several tasks. The roles and times are listed below.

• Race Day Registration | 6:45-8:00 am
• T-Shirt Distribution | 6:45-8:30 am
• Water Station on Race Course | 7:30-9:00 am
• Water Station at Finish Line | 8:15-9:30 am
• Course Marshall on Course | 7:30-9:30 am
• Post Race Water/Food | 7:30-10:00 am
• Clean Up | 8:30-10:00 am
