Melissa Bahoora is Comcast’s Vice President of Sales for the Heartland Region, based in Plymouth, MI.
Melissa is responsible for leading the three-state region’s residential field sales teams in Indiana, Kentucky, and Michigan. She specializes in developing strong and creative leaders who are empowered to think creatively. Melissa is a strong believer that positive thoughts create positive results, always reminding her team “If you can dream it, you can do it.”
Prior to joining Comcast, she was Director of Sales for AT&T in California, Minnesota, North Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin.
Melissa has delivered strong results throughout her sales and leadership career. She has earned numerous awards including the ATT Service Excellence Award (2014), The ATT Coaches Whistle (2015) and is a two-time ATT Summit winner (2015 and 2018).
Melissa has focused on service to others and giving back. In 2016 she served as the President of the Women of ATT Northern Plains. In 2017 & 2018 she served as Strategy Officer for the Women of ATT’s National Board. In 2018 she received the President’s Award for Volunteerism from The White House.
Today, Melissa holds a leadership role on Comcast’s Heartland Region Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee and is the executive champion for the region’s Unidos employee resource group. She is a proud member of the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC) and is fluent in English and Arabic.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Eastern Michigan University and completed the ATT Advanced Development and Pathbuilders Achieva Development programs.

Valerie Barreiro serves as Vice President, Business Affairs for CBS Studios and CBS Entertainment (Paramount Global), where she structures and negotiates high-level talent and rights agreements. These include deals with series regular actors, writers, producers, directors, rights options and acquisitions in all phases of development and production of scripted and unscripted television series and specials on behalf of CBS Studio and the CBS Network. She also advises executives and producers on deal and rights strategy, talent relations and budgeting.
Prior to joining CBS, Valerie was vice president of business affairs at both NBCUniversal and Warner Bros. Television, and worked for three years as a clinical law professor teaching courses on Intellectual Property, Privacy Law and Negotiation and leading the Intellectual Property Law Clinic at the USC Gould School of Law. In the IP Clinic, Valerie and USC law students offered pro bono intellectual property legal assistance to filmmakers, artists, innovators and entrepreneurs.
Valerie began her career as a lawyer as a prosecutor at the Los Angeles Office of the District Attorney. Prior positions include working as a deputy city attorney for the City Attorney for Los Angeles, and as a law firm associate litigating claims related to intellectual property.

Renita started her telecom career at Comcast Corporation in 1996 as a customer service agent, continuing to advance her career while gaining valuable industry knowledge and excellent leadership experience. In addition to advancing her career to the level of Executive Director, Universal Repair Performance & Operations, she has also mentored others on leadership skills and career guidance throughout her tenure. Renita currently manages a team of 110 Leadership Professionals supporting over 1100 frontline employees. Renita has a long and successful record of coaching and building high performing teams.
Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Renita holds a BA from Michigan State University where she studied Psychology. Jackie Caridad is currently Vice President, Senior Deputy General Counsel, Privacy & Legal Information Security at Comcast. In this role she provides privacy support for advanced advertising – including for various ad tech subsidiaries, joint ventures, Comcast advertising, and new products – all international business initiatives and subsidiaries, the global employee population, the Privacy Impact Assessment process, data analytics, and AI governance.
Prior to this, Jackie was the Chief Privacy Officer at Dow Jones & Company, where she served as the company’s primary legal resource for privacy and data security matters. Her responsibilities included guiding the company’s legal and business teams to ensure the protection of customer and employee data in light of global privacy compliance obligations.
Jackie Caridad earned her J.D., cum laude, from Tulane University School of Law in 1997. While at Tulane, she was a student attorney for the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic and a board member of the Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law. Angela Churchill is the Senior Director of Marketing, Operations & Business Analytics for Comcast Business, Keystone Region. In this unique role, Angela brings together and leads the strategic direction of the local marketing, analytics and operations teams to create one cohesive and balanced approach to how Comcast Business grows its footprint, in scope and brand, while mobilizing the sales teams to capture market share and revenue growth.
Before joining Comcast in 2012, Angela held positions as the general manager of the event division for the international publication AMM (American Metal Market), the marketing and event manager for Fortune 500 company WESCO and as the marketing manager of PLB Sports.
Angela is a 2001 summa cum laude graduate of Robert Morris College where she double majored in Sports Management and Marketing. She is currently a member of the RMU Sport Management and the Harrisburg University STEM-UP Network Advisory Boards.
In her personal time, Angela is a strong supporter of pediatric cancer awareness and fundraising in honor of her niece Olivia, who at the age of 18 is a 10-year cancer survivor. Most of her support goes towards the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth (CHaD) in Hanover, New Hampshire where Olivia and many other pediatric patients and families receive excellent treatment and support. Locally her support goes towards Connor’s Cure, a fund within Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation to support pediatric cancer research. Angela’s 7-year-old son is named Connor in honor of all those fighting for a cure.

Kaitee Daley is the Vice President of Social Media, Next, and Content Optimization at ESPN. Daley’s responsibilities include strategic oversight of all social content published across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat and Twitter. More recently, Daley spearheaded the launch of ESPN Creator Network, the company’s first influencer program, and SportsCenter Next, a social-first brand dedicated to highlighting sports stars of tomorrow and the excitement of youth sports.
Daley has been entrenched in ESPN’s digital and social efforts for over a decade, and played a key role in establishing a formalized social media department. She pioneered SportsCenter’s early social efforts and on-air integrations, helped build up ESPN’s social business, and has helmed the launch of numerous social brands, shows, and internal programs all with an eye for increasing ESPN’s reach and relevance across emerging platforms. She is the recipient of several industry honors including Sports Business Journal’s 40 under 40 (2022), Folio Top Women in Media (2020) and Cynopsis Top Women in Sports (2019).

In her role, Dollar is responsible for managing the logistical and budgetary components for WE tv and ALLBLK’s scripted and unscripted original programming, supervising production activities and leading the review and negotiations of production schedules and budgets for hit and upcoming series including Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars, Brat Loves Judy, Mama June: From Not to Hot: Family Crisis and Involved. Since joining AMC Networks over 15 years ago, her efforts have been key to the ongoing growth and success of WE tv and ALLBLK, helping to make them a top destination for quality, compelling television.
Dollar has more than 20 years of experience holding positions in development, production management, negotiating talent agreements and producing across several NYC-based production companies, having worked on programs such as AMC’s Movies 101, TLC’s Cover Shot, Oxygen’s 50 Funniest Women Alive, and HGTV’s Don’t Sweat It.
Dollar is a graduate of Syracuse University’s SI Newhouse School of Public Communications with a BS in Television, Radio and Film and a minor in Speech Communications. She has also completed course work at NYU in Entertainment Law and EP budgeting and scheduling.

Jackie Guerry Maybeck serves as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Comcast’s Beltway Region which consist of Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and parts of Delaware, North Carolina, and West Virginia.
In this role, she is responsible for developing overall sales & marketing growth and go-to-market execution strategies to maximize our Xfinity market share of the Beltway Region. She also provides strategic direction across all local sales & marketing channels – Retail, Direct, Indirect, Xfinity Communities, Marketing Events – while driving a best-in-class customer experience.
Prior to joining the Beltway Region, Jackie began her Comcast career in 2013 leading the Houston Region Retail channels. She was instrumental in developing a strong retail long-range plan. In 2016, Jackie joined the California Region team to lead Xfinity Communities with a specific focus on becoming a loved brand in the robust Multiple Dwelling Units of the region. She next led California’s Retail channel with a task to transform several new Xfinity stores. Under Jackie’s leadership, the California Retail team moved from last to first place in performance, claiming the West Division Elite award in 2018.
Before working at Comcast, Jackie held various leadership positions within the wireless industry. Jackie holds an MBA from the University of Houston-Downtown and received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Sam Houston State University.

Emily Horowitz is Vice President, Digital Media Programming at ESPN. In that role, she is a key leader in the strategy, operation, and content programming of ESPN+, the industry-leading sports streaming service. Over most of her career Horowitz has found herself operating at the forefront of sports streaming and ESPN’s pursuits – from the early days of ESPN3, to the launch of WatchESPN, ESPN’s expansion into VOD distribution and now ESPN+. She has played a critical role in the launch of ESPN+ and its growth over the past three years, as it has grown to bring more than 25,000 exclusive live events and over 10,000 hours of original and archive programming to millions of subscribers. Lauren Krolicki was born in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. She grew up on the campus of Villanova University, where her father hosted seminars on computer technology, and her mother pioneered the first lecture series aimed at women in nursing. She studied both business and finance earning congressional recognition for academic achievements and awarded membership to Chi Alpha Epsilon Honors Society. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Villanova University.
Lauren has over 20 years of experience telecommunications and is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Sales Operations at Comcast Business. Her ongoing commitment to strategic initiatives gained her the opportunity to lead complex digital transformations including nationwide implementations of Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics.
Before devoting her career to sales operations, Lauren was a pioneer team member supporting the design and growth of Comcast’s first nationwide sales center. This served as the foundation business model where initial sales were achieved with the new brand name of Comcast Business Services.
Professionally, Lauren has earned honorary membership in the Women on their Way leadership program, is a graduate member of The WICT Network Rising Leaders Program and was recently accepted to the Betsey Magness Leadership Institute.
In addition to her professional career, Lauren attained her master-level scuba designation traveling the world with a dedicated dive team. Tara Lantieri serves as VP of Primary Research, Ad Sales Strategic Insights, A+E Networks. She joined the Atlanta corporate team in 2012 as the company’s first Cox Executive Director of Retention Marketing where she led the organization to record low churn. Prior to Cox, Jodi held various PR and marketing positions at a municipal overbuilder, national teacher certification program, and a newspaper.
Jodi has a BA in Communications/PR with a minor in Journalism from the University of Northern Iowa. She received her MBA mid-career in 2007. Jodi is passionate about helping others achieve their personal and professional goals and has a zest for winning against the competition. Before joining Effectv, Amy worked for Tegna/Gannett Media, CBS Television and Tribune Media in a variety of leadership roles related to media sales and research.
Amy has a passion for making DE&I part of our everyday ecosystem at work and in our communities. She does this as a member of the Ally Network at Comcast. She is a member of the OUT @ Comcast Employee Resource Group, The Women’s Network Employee Resource Group, and the CHIEF Network. Amy also facilitates an “Allyship in Action” course which allows her to guide employees on how to put DE&I concepts into real world practice.

Amy moved to the Seattle, Washington area from Denver, Colorado in 2019 with her husband Kyle and their very spoiled black lab, Angus. Her son, Nicholas, is a recent graduate of the University of Colorado-Boulder and a current HR professional. Her daughter, Elizabeth, is a chemistry and food science major at Colorado State University.
Amy enjoys travel, exceptional wine, and good friends. She is a fan of all sports, but especially Division I College Hockey and WNBA/NBA Basketball. Years ago, she was a nationally ranked poker player, but currently feeds her competitive spirit by trying to improve her tragically sad game of golf.

Abbie joined Charter Communications in 2002 as a Technical Support Representative, quickly working her way up into the role of Trainer supporting the Vancouver, WA call center. She was promoted into the role of Training Supervisor in 2008, and oversaw training for departments including Stores, Direct Sales, Dispatch and Technical Operations. During this time she also started the Virtual Training Team, specializing in providing engaging and interactive sessions for remote participants. In 2016 she was promoted to Training Manager for Charter’s Northwest Region, leading a team of trainers who provide technical and safety training across eight western states. In 2019 she transitioned to Sr. Director of Learning Services for Field Operations, supporting organization in the development of engaging and interactive learning experiences for all Charter Field Operations team members across the company.
Abbie is an active member of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) Network, and currently serving as Past President of the Pacific Northwest Chapter. She is also active in the Society for Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE), currently serving as President of the Rocky Mountain Chapter, the Chair of the SCTE L&D Committee for 2021-2022, and the Vice-Chair of the Engineering and Technical Operations Committee (ETOC) for 2021-2022.

Prior to joining Charter in 2019, Jennifer worked at law firms in Minnesota, Washington and California representing employers before federal and state courts, and before various administrative agencies. Jennifer was also an officer in the Air Force for several years, where she handled personnel matters and provided human resources support to all Air Force personnel assigned to the Pentagon.

In her current role as Senior Vice-president at Paramount, Maria is responsible for Content Distribution in Latin America and Pan-International Streaming deals. She is responsible for unifying the team and combining CBS, Paramount, and Viacom’s catalogs after the company’s merger.
In her previous experience at Amazon Prime Video Brazil, Maria was responsible for defining the Content Strategy and leading the Content Acquisitions for the local service.
In 2004, Maria joined NBCUniversal as VP Liaison, International TV Distribution, and later transitioned to Managing Director of NBCUniversal International Television. Maria managed a team of 40 people based in Madrid, Miami and São Paulo, across the channels and distribution businesses. She relocated to Miami in 2014 to manage the content distribution team for Latin America and represented Universal as a board advisor on the Telecine and LAPTV JV’s.
Prior to joining NBCUniversal Maria was the Managing Director at Alliance Atlantis, where she licensed programs to the UK, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, and Italy. She also worked for MTM International, where she helped increase sales to all Latin countries.

Jessica Sant is a VP in Comcast’s Technology Product and Experience division (TPX) where she leads engineering for Entertainment Experiences. Her teams develop engaging, interactive and scalable products such as Xfinity X1, Xfinity Flex, Xfinity Stream and XumoTV.
Jess joined Comcast in 2010 and has lead a variety of residential product engineering teams including Xfinity xFi, Xfinity Home, and Xfinity My Account. She is passionate about creating a diverse and inclusive workplace and in 2015, she co-founded a local chapter of Comcast NBCU TECHWomen. In doing so, she helped to create a thriving community for women in tech and their allies in the Comcast Philadelphia offices.
Jess is a software engineer by trade, having both a master’s in Software Engineering from Drexel University, and a bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from Villanova University. I am Finance professional with experience in Business Planning and Decision Support. I have a versatile financial background focusing on the development, implementation and analysis of annual operating plans and rolling forecasts, in line with the company financial goals. During my career, I have focused on quality and continuous improvements with demonstrated successes in increasing process efficiencies. Over the years, I have attempted to hone my skills to be an adept business manager and be an effective team leader and communicator with proven record in fostering mutually beneficial cross functional relationships.
I have worked in different industries over the years – financial services, health insurance and now telecommunication. Starting with the American Express Financial Resource Center in New Delhi and then moving to the headquarters in New York, I held various roles each with an expanding scope. During this time, I was also able to complete my MBA at Wharton. With the goal of learning a ‘new industry’ I moved to San Francisco to work with Blue Shield of California where I led the Corporate Planning function. After four years in health insurance, the lure of the east coast proved strong enough for me to accept my current job at Charter Communications where the learning journey continues. In my current role as GVP, Customer Operations Business Planning I lead a team that manages the financial and operational plans, leads contract management, and develops the reports for key operational metrics for the different functional areas.

Lisa Stelling is currently a Vice President of Content Acquisition within Comcast’s Cable division. In this role, she is responsible for contract compliance and deal strategy. She also manages a portfolio of linear programming deals and is responsible for licensing SVOD and AVOD content for Hitz, Streampix, and Xfinity’s Black Experience. In addition, Lisa co-leads the Cristo Rey Philadelphia High School work study program for 44 high school interns at Comcast Headquarters. Prior to her role in Content Acquisition, Lisa supported the Comcast Global Audit team as the New York City office lead, where she managed financial and operational audits as well as consultancy engagements for the NBCUniversal Center of Excellence.
Prior to joining Comcast, Lisa began her career as an Audit & Enterprise Risk Services associate with Deloitte. In this role, she worked directly with a variety of clients in the mortgage, manufacturing, and healthcare industries.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting & Management from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. She resides in South Jersey with her husband and two young children. Lisa enjoys trips to the beach with her family and likes to binge a good show after the kids are in bed.
