Vice President of Sales, Heartland Region
Melissa Bahoora is Comcast’s Vice President of Sales for the Heartland Region, based in Plymouth, MI.
Melissa is responsible for leading the three-state region’s residential field sales teams in Indiana, Kentucky, and Michigan. She specializes in developing strong and creative leaders who are empowered to think creatively. Melissa is a strong believer that positive thoughts create positive results, always reminding her team “If you can dream it, you can do it.”
Prior to joining Comcast, she was Director of Sales for AT&T in California, Minnesota, North Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin.
Melissa has delivered strong results throughout her sales and leadership career. She has earned numerous awards including the ATT Service Excellence Award (2014), The ATT Coaches Whistle (2015) and is a two-time ATT Summit winner (2015 and 2018).
Melissa has focused on service to others and giving back. In 2016 she served as the President of the Women of ATT Northern Plains. In 2017 & 2018 she served as Strategy Officer for the Women of ATT’s National Board. In 2018 she received the President’s Award for Volunteerism from The White House.
Today, Melissa holds a leadership role on Comcast’s Heartland Region Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee and is the executive champion for the region’s Unidos employee resource group. She is a proud member of the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC) and is fluent in English and Arabic.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Eastern Michigan University and completed the ATT Advanced Development and Pathbuilders Achieva Development programs.

Laura Baker, a resident of Philadelphia, shares her home with her loving husband and their cherished 18-year-old cat, William. With a background in finance and Spanish, Laura has dedicated her career to the pursuit of problem-solving, primarily in the management consulting field and at Comcast. With a wealth of experience spanning 18 years, she has established herself as an expert generalist, operator, and an impassioned digital leader.
Throughout her professional journey, Laura has demonstrated her versatility and adaptability, having worked in various industries such as pharmaceuticals, aerospace, banking, and telecom. Her diverse experiences have equipped her with a unique perspective and a comprehensive understanding of different sectors, enabling her to approach challenges with a well-rounded approach.
Presently, Laura is the leader of the Digital Excellence organization. In this capacity, she spearheads initiatives aimed at driving quality across all unassisted experiences and channels. Leveraging techniques such as A/B testing, voice of the customer work, and continuous improvements to digital experiences, Laura ensures that customers receive seamless and exceptional experiences.

Megan Barbe is a Television Executive with over twenty years of experience in television research, consumer insights and strategy. Currently, Megan serves as the Vice President of Consumer Insights at Hallmark Media. Previously, she held a variety of executive roles at Disney’s ABC, ABC Studios and Freeform. Megan specializes in helping clients integrate consumer, cultural and behavioral research to drive strategy and viewership. Megan graduated from the University of Kansas with honors. Megan currently resides in Los Angles and enjoys horseback riding and tennis in her spare time.
Vice President of Business Affairs
Valerie Barreiro serves as Vice President, Business Affairs for CBS Studios and CBS Entertainment (Paramount Global), where she structures and negotiates high-level talent and rights agreements. These include deals with series regular actors, writers, producers, directors, rights options and acquisitions in all phases of development and production of scripted and unscripted television series and specials on behalf of CBS Studio and the CBS Network. She also advises executives and producers on deal and rights strategy, talent relations and budgeting.
Prior to joining CBS, Valerie was vice president of business affairs at both NBCUniversal and Warner Bros. Television, and worked for three years as a clinical law professor teaching courses on Intellectual Property, Privacy Law and Negotiation and leading the Intellectual Property Law Clinic at the USC Gould School of Law. In the IP Clinic, Valerie and USC law students offered pro bono intellectual property legal assistance to filmmakers, artists, innovators and entrepreneurs.
Valerie began her career as a lawyer as a prosecutor at the Los Angeles Office of the District Attorney. Prior positions include working as a deputy city attorney for the City Attorney for Los Angeles, and as a law firm associate litigating claims related to intellectual property.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola Marymount University and her law degree from the UC College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings).

Renita Butts is a 27-year industry veteran with a proven track record of success in sales, technical infrastructure, employee, and customer relationship management.
Renita started her telecom career at Comcast Corporation in 1996 as a customer service agent, continuing to advance her career while gaining valuable industry knowledge and excellent leadership experience. In addition to advancing her career to the level of Executive Director, Universal Repair Performance & Operations, she has also mentored others on leadership skills and career guidance throughout her tenure. Renita currently manages a team of 110 Leadership Professionals supporting over 1100 frontline employees. Renita has a long and successful record of coaching and building high performing teams.
Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Renita holds a BA from Michigan State University where she studied Psychology. Renita has graduated from several professional leadership development programs, such as NAMIC’s award-winning Executive Leadership Development Program, along with being a member of three professional affiliations: Black Employee Network, Women in Cable Telecommunications and National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications.
She is an active member on the Board of Directors, for the WOW Center of Miami, providing quality programs designed for adults with developmental disabilities.
Renita currently resides in South Florida with her husband of 30 years and is the proud mom of 2 amazing sons. Renita and her husband are looking forward to becoming empty nesters, as one son graduated college and now resides in New York while the second will start as a Freshman at UCF this fall.
Vice President, Senior Deputy General Counsel, Privacy & Legal Information Security
Jackie Caridad is currently Vice President, Senior Deputy General Counsel, Privacy & Legal Information Security at Comcast. In this role she provides privacy support for advanced advertising – including for various ad tech subsidiaries, joint ventures, Comcast advertising, and new products – all international business initiatives and subsidiaries, the global employee population, the Privacy Impact Assessment process, data analytics, and AI governance.
Prior to this, Jackie was the Chief Privacy Officer at Dow Jones & Company, where she served as the company’s primary legal resource for privacy and data security matters. Her responsibilities included guiding the company’s legal and business teams to ensure the protection of customer and employee data in light of global privacy compliance obligations.
Jackie Caridad earned her J.D., cum laude, from Tulane University School of Law in 1997. While at Tulane, she was a student attorney for the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic and a board member of the Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law. She received her B.A. in communications, with high distinction, from Pennsylvania State University in 1993. Jackie has earned IAP’s CIPP/E, CIPP/US and CIPT, and is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
Senior Director of Marketing, Operations and Analytics
Angela Churchill is the Senior Director of Marketing, Operations & Business Analytics for Comcast Business, Keystone Region. In this unique role, Angela brings together and leads the strategic direction of the local marketing, analytics and operations teams to create one cohesive and balanced approach to how Comcast Business grows its footprint, in scope and brand, while mobilizing the sales teams to capture market share and revenue growth.
Before joining Comcast in 2012, Angela held positions as the general manager of the event division for the international publication AMM (American Metal Market), the marketing and event manager for Fortune 500 company WESCO and as the marketing manager of PLB Sports.
Angela is a 2001 summa cum laude graduate of Robert Morris College where she double majored in Sports Management and Marketing. She is currently a member of the RMU Sport Management and the Harrisburg University STEM-UP Network Advisory Boards.
In her personal time, Angela is a strong supporter of pediatric cancer awareness and fundraising in honor of her niece Olivia, who at the age of 18 is a 10-year cancer survivor. Most of her support goes towards the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth (CHaD) in Hanover, New Hampshire where Olivia and many other pediatric patients and families receive excellent treatment and support. Locally her support goes towards Connor’s Cure, a fund within Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation to support pediatric cancer research. Angela’s 7-year-old son is named Connor in honor of all those fighting for a cure.

Kaitee Daley is the Vice President of Social Media, Next, and Content Optimization at ESPN. In this role, she leads a team of talented social media specialists that power the most followed and engaged brands in sports media in addition to leading the ESPN’s early-career development program and the company’s efforts to improve collaboration and operational efficiency across all content.
Daley’s responsibilities include strategic oversight of all social content published across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat and Twitter. More recently, Daley spearheaded the launch of ESPN Creator Network, the company’s first influencer program, and SportsCenter Next, a social-first brand dedicated to highlighting sports stars of tomorrow and the excitement of youth sports.
Daley has been entrenched in ESPN’s digital and social efforts for over a decade, and played a key role in establishing a formalized social media department. She pioneered SportsCenter’s early social efforts and on-air integrations, helped build up ESPN’s social business, and has helmed the launch of numerous social brands, shows, and internal programs all with an eye for increasing ESPN’s reach and relevance across emerging platforms. She is the recipient of several industry honors including Sports Business Journal’s 40 under 40 (2022), Folio Top Women in Media (2020) and Cynopsis Top Women in Sports (2019).

Sara Dollar is Vice President of Production for WE tv, AMC Networks’ home of compelling, can’t miss unscripted series and ALLBLK, the company’s premium streaming service featuring a diverse lineup of content that spans across genres and generations.
In her role, Dollar is responsible for managing the logistical and budgetary components for WE tv and ALLBLK’s scripted and unscripted original programming, supervising production activities and leading the review and negotiations of production schedules and budgets for hit and upcoming series including Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars, Brat Loves Judy, Mama June: From Not to Hot: Family Crisis and Involved. Since joining AMC Networks over 15 years ago, her efforts have been key to the ongoing growth and success of WE tv and ALLBLK, helping to make them a top destination for quality, compelling television.
Dollar has more than 20 years of experience holding positions in development, production management, negotiating talent agreements and producing across several NYC-based production companies, having worked on programs such as AMC’s Movies 101, TLC’s Cover Shot, Oxygen’s 50 Funniest Women Alive, and HGTV’s Don’t Sweat It.
Dollar is a graduate of Syracuse University’s SI Newhouse School of Public Communications with a BS in Television, Radio and Film and a minor in Speech Communications. She has also completed course work at NYU in Entertainment Law and EP budgeting and scheduling.

Jackie Guerry Maybeck serves as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Comcast’s Beltway Region which consist of Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and parts of Delaware, North Carolina, and West Virginia.
In this role, she is responsible for developing overall sales & marketing growth and go-to-market execution strategies to maximize our Xfinity market share of the Beltway Region. She also provides strategic direction across all local sales & marketing channels – Retail, Direct, Indirect, Xfinity Communities, Marketing Events – while driving a best-in-class customer experience.
Prior to joining the Beltway Region, Jackie began her Comcast career in 2013 leading the Houston Region Retail channels. She was instrumental in developing a strong retail long-range plan. In 2016, Jackie joined the California Region team to lead Xfinity Communities with a specific focus on becoming a loved brand in the robust Multiple Dwelling Units of the region. She next led California’s Retail channel with a task to transform several new Xfinity stores. Under Jackie’s leadership, the California Retail team moved from last to first place in performance, claiming the West Division Elite award in 2018.
Before working at Comcast, Jackie held various leadership positions within the wireless industry. Jackie holds an MBA from the University of Houston-Downtown and received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Sam Houston State University.
Jackie also currently serves as the Northeast Division Champion for the OUT Employee Resource Group.
When Jackie is not working or serving her community, she enjoys travelling adventures with her daughter, Maddie and son, Bryce with his wife, Kaia.

Amber Hall joined Cox Communications in September 2021 and serves as Vice President, Chief Compliance & Privacy Officer. She is responsible for planning, overseeing and executing the Company’s ethics and compliance program, and serves as chief legal counsel on all privacy and compliance issues.
Prior to joining Cox Communications, Amber served as Senior Vice President, Head of Ethics Office at Wells Fargo, where she led the development, implementation, promotion and maintenance of the company’s Ethics Program. She joined Wells Fargo as senior governance counsel & assistant corporate secretary in August 2018, where she advised on a variety of corporate governance, regulatory, compliance and risk matters.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Amber served as assistant general counsel & assistant corporate secretary for Cox Enterprises and the compliance leader for Cox Enterprises and Cox Media Group, where she spearheaded the design, implementation, and direction of the enterprise Ethics and Compliance Program.
Amber began her legal career as an associate with a large law firm in Atlanta and, prior to her legal career, she was in the Analyst Program at Goldman Sachs and served in business development for the Arthritis Foundation.
Amber earned her B.A. from Spelman College and her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School. She currently serves on the board of Hands on Atlanta and is on the Executive Committee of the Atlanta Chapter of Jack and Jill of America. Amber lives in the Atlanta area with her husband, two sons, and their black lab mix.
Vice President of Digital Media Programming
Emily Horowitz is Vice President, Digital Media Programming at ESPN. In that role, she is a key leader in the strategy, operation, and content programming of ESPN+, the industry-leading sports streaming service. Over most of her career Horowitz has found herself operating at the forefront of sports streaming and ESPN’s pursuits – from the early days of ESPN3, to the launch of WatchESPN, ESPN’s expansion into VOD distribution and now ESPN+. She has played a critical role in the launch of ESPN+ and its growth over the past three years, as it has grown to bring more than 25,000 exclusive live events and over 10,000 hours of original and archive programming to millions of subscribers. She has played important roles in many major rights acquisitions, and the management of those properties on ESPN+, including NHL, PGA Tour, multiple global soccer leagues (LaLiga, FA Cup, Bundesliga, etc.), UFC, Big 12 and more. Horowitz was also a critical player in the launch of ESPN+ on Hulu. A graduate of University of Wisconsin – Madison, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communication and lives in Connecticut.

Betsy Kippenhan is a highly experienced HR and Talent Leader who currently serves as the Vice President of Global Talent Attraction and Acquisitions, overseeing the Recruiting Organization for Comcast. Betsy joined the Headquarters team in 2022, bringing with her an extensive background in leadership roles in Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Human Resources. Prior to her most recent role Betsy worked in the West Division where she spent the last 10 years in leadership roles in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, most recently as VP of HR for the Washington Region and previously as West Division’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Management. Prior to joining Comcast Betsy lead Talent Acquisition for Wolters Kluwer, a global leader in professional information services, and at Advantage Resourcing, where she spent 13 years in several HR roles with increasing responsibility, and last served as the Vice President of Field Solutions. Betsy’s passion for people development extends beyond her role. She devotes her time to mentoring others seeking personal and professional growth. Betsy also enjoys working with various ERG’s and most recently served as a member of the national advisory board for MYAbilities. Tara Lantieri serves as VP of Primary Research, Ad Sales Strategic Insights, A+E Networks. She oversees ad effectiveness and thought leadership research in service of A+E Networks and the media and advertising industry at large. Past thought leadership studies include “Womanhood,” “HisLife,” and “Unifying Values.” Her most recent thought leadership work was the most impactful yet. Along with her team, she developed “The Total Audience,” and “The Power of Age Inclusion,” both of which have challenged the industry to shift from limited media planning and buying demographics and creative representations to a more age-inclusive approach.
She was honored in 2022 as one of four winners of the inaugural Executive Team Outstanding Corporate Citizen Award. The criteria for this award included embodying a commitment to diversity along with all of A+E Networks’ six core values: creativity, collaboration, coordination, accountability, respect/kindness, and trust. She also serves as the Supplier Diversity Champion for the research department, helping to discover diverse-owned research firms and promote their offerings to the department.
Sr. Director of Mobile Product
Colleen McKelvey leads the Business Mobile product organization for Comcast Business driving enhanced customer relations and incremental revenue for the company. Specializing in solutions driven growth and as a self proclaimed intrapreneur, Colleen launched Comcast Business Mobile from the ground up in late 2020.
Colleen graduated from Rider University with a degree in Information Systems and later obtained her MBA with a focus in Management. Over the years, Colleen gained experience in marketing strategy along with product development that has helped to shape her career trajectory.
When Colleen is not at work, she can often be found on the baseball field or at the pool coaching and/or encouraging her son in his sports growth. She holds the role of Secretary on the Jenkintown Youth Activities Board of Directors and spends much of her time with various Little League tasks.

Diana currently leads the Corporate Learning Solutions team, a center of excellence for learning at Charter. Her primary functions are to support the learning needs of Corporate and HR from a functional skills perspective. In addition, she serves as a connection point for all Learning leaders throughout the organization, focusing on areas that reach across all Charter Business Units, ensuring we leverage collective strengths and resources.
Diana joined Charter Communications (then TimeWarner Cable) in 2002 as the first Sales Trainer in the Raliegh, NC market, focusing on training consultative sales skills to customer services, sales, and field technicians.
After holding several roles in the business and within the learning space, including Retail Management, Call Center Management, and Sales Learning Design, Diana joined the HR Talent team to lead the newly formed Learning team for Charter Communications in 2016.
AVP, Customer Marketing Strategy
Jodi Muller-Stotser is currently the AVP of Customer Marketing Strategy at Cox Communications where she oversees end to end customer marketing. She’s been with Cox for 22 years, serving about half of that time as regional marketing and sales leadership in Virginia, Kansas, and Las Vegas. She joined the Atlanta corporate team in 2012 as the company’s first Cox Executive Director of Retention Marketing where she led the organization to record low churn. Prior to Cox, Jodi held various PR and marketing positions at a municipal overbuilder, national teacher certification program, and a newspaper.
Jodi has a BA in Communications/PR with a minor in Journalism from the University of Northern Iowa. She received her MBA mid-career in 2007. Jodi is passionate about helping others achieve their personal and professional goals and has a zest for winning against the competition. Jodi is a mental health advocate both inside and outside the office. She believes that asking for help with emotional well-being is one of the strongest things a person can do. Jodi now lives in Atlanta where she loves flower and vegetable gardening with her husband Sean and enjoys her two Ragdoll cats Slippers and Mittens.

As SVP of Cox Business, she is accountable for leading Cox Business’s sales strategy, revenue growth, and profit objectives. As an Officer and member of the Sr Team at Cox Business, she also provides strategic input around the broader Cox Business portfolio of products, marketing, as well as potential future acquisitions.
Neville has served in a variety of roles in the Cox Organization as Group Vice President at Cox Media Inc, where she led sales across 11 markets, as well as SVP Sales for Cox Media Group, leading sales and sales strategy for their portfolio of TV, Radio, Newspaper and Digital divisions out of Atlanta.
Prior to her role at Cox, Neville served as COO at Gamut OTT, a local leader in local OTT out of NYC.

Amy Nisenson is a Regional Vice President for Effectv, the data-driven, media sales division of Comcast Advertising. She is a creative and transformative leader of leaders with expertise in advanced advertising and marketing solutions, while consistently delivering results during times of change.
Before joining Effectv, Amy worked for Tegna/Gannett Media, CBS Television and Tribune Media in a variety of leadership roles related to media sales and research.
Amy has a passion for making DE&I part of our everyday ecosystem at work and in our communities. She does this as a member of the Ally Network at Comcast. She is a member of the OUT @ Comcast Employee Resource Group, The Women’s Network Employee Resource Group, and the CHIEF Network. Amy also facilitates an “Allyship in Action” course which allows her to guide employees on how to put DE&I concepts into real world practice.
In addition to her professional work, Amy is a Commissioner on the Seattle Sports Commission (https://www.seattlesports.org), President of the Alumni Council for the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Denver (https://liberalarts.du.edu/) and served as the board chair of the childhood literacy organization Book Trust. Amy moved to the Seattle, Washington area from Denver, Colorado in 2019 with her husband Kyle and their very spoiled black lab, Angus. Her son, Nicholas, is a recent graduate of the University of Colorado-Boulder and a current HR professional. Her daughter, Elizabeth, is a chemistry and food science major at Colorado State University.
Amy enjoys travel, exceptional wine, and good friends. She is a fan of all sports, but especially Division I College Hockey and WNBA/NBA Basketball. Years ago, she was a nationally ranked poker player, but currently feeds her competitive spirit by trying to improve her tragically sad game of golf.
Sr. Director of Learning Services, Field Operations
Abbie joined Charter Communications in 2002 as a Technical Support Representative, quickly working her way up into the role of Trainer supporting the Vancouver, WA call center. She was promoted into the role of Training Supervisor in 2008, and oversaw training for departments including Stores, Direct Sales, Dispatch and Technical Operations. During this time she also started the Virtual Training Team, specializing in providing engaging and interactive sessions for remote participants. In 2016 she was promoted to Training Manager for Charter’s Northwest Region, leading a team of trainers who provide technical and safety training across eight western states. In 2019 she transitioned to Sr. Director of Learning Services for Field Operations, supporting organization in the development of engaging and interactive learning experiences for all Charter Field Operations team members across the company.
Abbie is an active member of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) Network, and currently serving as Past President of the Pacific Northwest Chapter. She is also active in the Society for Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE), currently serving as President of the Rocky Mountain Chapter, the Chair of the SCTE L&D Committee for 2021-2022, and the Vice-Chair of the Engineering and Technical Operations Committee (ETOC) for 2021-2022.

Jennifer Pirozzi is a Vice President, Senior Counsel – Employment Law for Charter Communications, Inc. where she provides legal advice to Charter’s human resources and business partners on a full range of federal, state, and local employment law issues. She is located in El Segundo, California. Prior to joining Charter in 2019, Jennifer worked at law firms in Minnesota, Washington and California representing employers before federal and state courts, and before various administrative agencies. Jennifer was also an officer in the Air Force for several years, where she handled personnel matters and provided human resources support to all Air Force personnel assigned to the Pentagon.

My name is Gwen Purtell, and I am an Executive Director, Hospitality, for Comcast Business Enterprise Solutions. I’m an Experienced senior executive with over thirty years working in the hospitality industry, and twenty years focused on how to apply technology solutions to all aspects of the travel business. Prior to Comcast Business, I was VP of Sales for Deep Blue Communications, where I was responsible to creating and executing strategic plans to position the company for acquisition, ultimately growing the company from $5m in sales to over $20m. Over my career, I’ve been fortunate to have worked for seven very successful companies ranging from the number one Ownership & Management company in the world to midsized technology firms, two of which were international.
My career began after graduating from University of Texas, at Arlington where I studied Business Administration with a minor in Marketing. I entered the Management Program with one of the largest Hospitality Management Companies, Interstate Hotels and Resorts, because I believed that I had an opportunity to advance in an exciting industry.
After several relocations for multiple promotions and, later, management positions, I was recruited by Starwood Hotels and Resorts relocated to Boston as Director of Sales and Marketing.
Soon after, my skills in Marketing Management, Negotiation, Business Planning, Operations and Sales Management, provided me with the opportunity to diversify into the technology side of the business where customer experience innovation coupled with my abilities to translate operational efficiency gains to software solutions provided me great opportunity. I see my myself as a highly competitive and motivated leader who loves mentoring staff and helping them achieve their goals and long-term career ambitions.
I currently live in Beverly, MA with my Husband of 23 years – we have a son who is a rising Junior at Bentley University and a daughter starting her freshman year at Babson College. We all love the ocean and exploring!
Division Vice President of Comcast Business Operations
Stephanie Sapp Rideau is a strategic, transformational, and performance-focused leader with a proven track record of driving growth, improving processes, and enhancing the customer experience. Adept at developing winning teams and inspiring leaders, she leverages her diverse experience, collaboration, and creativity to deliver strong operational performance and drive revenue. As the Division Vice President of Comcast Business Operations, she supports Service Delivery, Service Assurance, and Loyalty functions for the West Division. In her previous role, she was Area Vice President of Technical Operations in Colorado where she led field operations for over 300 frontline technicians and 1.5 million customer relationships. In previous roles, she led Business Development to lead network expansion for the Mountain West Region and supported business operations for Comcast Business in the Northeast Division. Prior to Comcast, Stephanie oversaw governance for Risk Capital Adequacy at BNY Mellon and served as Industry Director for Thermo Fisher Scientific where she led commercial operations and service delivery. She started her career in sales at Merck.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, and a Master of Science in Leadership from Duquesne University. Stephanie is a graduate of the SCTE executive education program at Dartmouth and an alum of the Leadership Denver. An active community member, Stephanie is a board member of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Denver, Community College of Denver, VP of Jack and Jill South Suburban Chapter, and proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha.
Sr. Director of Sales Operations, HQ
Lauren Rodgers was born in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. She grew up on the campus of Villanova University, where her father hosted seminars on computer technology, and her mother pioneered the first lecture series aimed at women in nursing. She studied both business and finance earning congressional recognition for academic achievements and awarded membership to Chi Alpha Epsilon Honors Society. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Villanova University.
Lauren has over 20 years of experience telecommunications and is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Sales Operations at Comcast Business. Her ongoing commitment to strategic initiatives gained her the opportunity to lead complex digital transformations including nationwide implementations of Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics.
Before devoting her career to sales operations, Lauren was a pioneer team member supporting the design and growth of Comcast’s first nationwide sales center. This served as the foundation business model where initial sales were achieved with the new brand name of Comcast Business Services.
Professionally, Lauren has earned honorary membership in the Women on their Way leadership program, is a graduate member of The WICT Network Rising Leaders Program and was recently accepted to the Betsey Magness Leadership Institute.
In addition to her professional career, Lauren attained her master-level scuba designation traveling the world with a dedicated dive team. Her travels have taken her to some of the most remote reefs in the world including Utila, Honduras where she trained with Ned DeLoach co-founder of the Reef Environmental Education Foundation. As a proud mother and wife, she has recently dedicated time to learning mixed martial arts earning her orange belt designation alongside her two sons, aged 4 and 8.
Senior Vice President of Television Licensing
Maria Sanchez is a visionary, high-performing Executive, and solver of revenue challenges with 20+ years of experience in Content Licensing (Digital and Linear,) Linear Channels Management, and Streaming Platforms throughout Europe and Latin America. She holds a consistent record of positioning organizations for success spurring multi-million-dollar sales growth.
In her current role as Senior Vice-president at Paramount, Maria is responsible for Content Distribution in Latin America and Pan-International Streaming deals. She is responsible for unifying the team and combining CBS, Paramount, and Viacom’s catalogs after the company’s merger.
In her previous experience at Amazon Prime Video Brazil, Maria was responsible for defining the Content Strategy and leading the Content Acquisitions for the local service.
In 2004, Maria joined NBCUniversal as VP Liaison, International TV Distribution, and later transitioned to Managing Director of NBCUniversal International Television. Maria managed a team of 40 people based in Madrid, Miami and São Paulo, across the channels and distribution businesses. She relocated to Miami in 2014 to manage the content distribution team for Latin America and represented Universal as a board advisor on the Telecine and LAPTV JV’s.
Prior to joining NBCUniversal Maria was the Managing Director at Alliance Atlantis, where she licensed programs to the UK, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, and Italy. She also worked for MTM International, where she helped increase sales to all Latin countries.
Born in Salamanca, Spain, Maria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Film and TV from the Complutense University in Madrid, and a Certificate in Film, TV and Video from UCLA. Maria is happily married and has two beautiful children.
Vice President of Entertainment Experiences
Jessica Sant is a VP in Comcast’s Technology Product and Experience division (TPX) where she leads engineering for Entertainment Experiences. Her teams develop engaging, interactive and scalable products such as Xfinity X1, Xfinity Flex, Xfinity Stream and XumoTV.
Jess joined Comcast in 2010 and has lead a variety of residential product engineering teams including Xfinity xFi, Xfinity Home, and Xfinity My Account. She is passionate about creating a diverse and inclusive workplace and in 2015, she co-founded a local chapter of Comcast NBCU TECHWomen. In doing so, she helped to create a thriving community for women in tech and their allies in the Comcast Philadelphia offices.
Jess is a software engineer by trade, having both a master’s in Software Engineering from Drexel University, and a bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from Villanova University. Prior to joining Comcast, Jess was a Java developer and worked for several open source software companies including Alfresco, JBoss Software, and Red Hat.
Group Vice President of Business Planning, Customer Operations
I am Finance professional with experience in Business Planning and Decision Support. I have a versatile financial background focusing on the development, implementation and analysis of annual operating plans and rolling forecasts, in line with the company financial goals. During my career, I have focused on quality and continuous improvements with demonstrated successes in increasing process efficiencies. Over the years, I have attempted to hone my skills to be an adept business manager and be an effective team leader and communicator with proven record in fostering mutually beneficial cross functional relationships.
I have worked in different industries over the years – financial services, health insurance and now telecommunication. Starting with the American Express Financial Resource Center in New Delhi and then moving to the headquarters in New York, I held various roles each with an expanding scope. During this time, I was also able to complete my MBA at Wharton. With the goal of learning a ‘new industry’ I moved to San Francisco to work with Blue Shield of California where I led the Corporate Planning function. After four years in health insurance, the lure of the east coast proved strong enough for me to accept my current job at Charter Communications where the learning journey continues. In my current role as GVP, Customer Operations Business Planning I lead a team that manages the financial and operational plans, leads contract management, and develops the reports for key operational metrics for the different functional areas.
Vice President of Content Acquisition
Lisa Stelling is currently a Vice President of Content Acquisition within Comcast’s Cable division. In this role, she is responsible for contract compliance and deal strategy. She also manages a portfolio of linear programming deals and is responsible for licensing SVOD and AVOD content for Hitz, Streampix, and Xfinity’s Black Experience. In addition, Lisa co-leads the Cristo Rey Philadelphia High School work study program for 44 high school interns at Comcast Headquarters. Prior to her role in Content Acquisition, Lisa supported the Comcast Global Audit team as the New York City office lead, where she managed financial and operational audits as well as consultancy engagements for the NBCUniversal Center of Excellence.
Prior to joining Comcast, Lisa began her career as an Audit & Enterprise Risk Services associate with Deloitte. In this role, she worked directly with a variety of clients in the mortgage, manufacturing, and healthcare industries.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting & Management from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. She resides in South Jersey with her husband and two young children. Lisa enjoys trips to the beach with her family and likes to binge a good show after the kids are in bed.

Julia VanTuyl is an award-winning noteworthy leader in the media and advertising space. As SVP of Sales and Marketing at TV One and CLEO TV, video platforms at Urban One, Julia is an experienced strategic business executive with a proven success of scaling growth, leading high performing teams and consistently superseding quotas. She is a passionate motivator who maintains strong relationships within the industry and believes that kindness and empathy always go a long way. In her current role, Julia is instrumental in the creation and monetization of marketing strategies and solutions that deliver results and value for both Urban One and its advertisers. Urban One and TV One has recognized Julia 4x as the highest producing sales lead of the year, and she’s held previous positions at NBCU and Universal McCann/IPG.
She holds a BA from The George Washington University and currently resides just outside of New York City.
Sr. Director of Pricing & Strategy for Content Distribution
Elena Voonasis is Sr. Director, Pricing & Strategy for Content Distribution at NBCUniversal. She is responsible for modeling all financial aspects of MVPD & vMVPD linear distribution deals and providing key strategic insights to the executive leadership team. Prior to this role, she worked in Financial Planning & Analysis analyzing and forecasting PayTV industry subscriber trends and their impact to distribution revenue.
Prior to joining NBCUniversal, Elena worked for GE Capital HQ in Norwalk, Connecticut where she worked as Lead Regulatory Analyst on the Corporate FP&A team. She also completed the GE Financial Management Program at GE Appliances & Lighting, where she rotated through 4 six-month rotations across various financial disciplines.
Elena holds a B.A. in Economics & Spanish from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA. She is originally from Fairfield, CT and now resides in Brooklyn, NY. She enjoys reading, cooking, live music and exploring the city in her free time.
