Join us for our first event of 2023 as Sally Helgesen, author of “How Women Rise: The 12 Habits Holding You Back from Your Next Raise, Promotion or Job,” addresses The WICT Network: Southeast and The WICT Network: Washington DC/Baltimore chapters as a wrap-up to Bookmarked 2022, a reading and discussion group co-hosted by both chapters in 2022.
A powerful and passionate speaker, Sally is an internationally best-selling author, speaker, and leadership coach. Cited in Forbes as the world’s premiere expert on women’s leadership, Sally was recently inducted into the Thinkers 50 Hall of Fame, which honors those whose ideas have shaped the field of leadership worldwide. She is also ranked number 5 among the world’s thought leaders by Global Gurus.
In this virtual keynote event, Sally will share insights on the 12 Habits, answer questions raised by our Bookmarked 2022 participants, and give us a preview of her upcoming book. “Rising Together: How We Can Bridge Divides and Create a More Inclusive Workplace” is due for release February 28, 2023.
