Are you ready to be the catalyst for your own career growth?

The WICT Network: Virginia Chapter is thrilled to launch Level Up: Be the Catalyst for Your Career—a dynamic, interactive five-part peer mentorship series (plus a special guest speaker event!) designed to help you sharpen your skills, expand your network and own your next career move. These aren’t just any workshops—these are peer mentoring circle sessions where you’ll connect with like-minded professionals, gain real-time insights from industry leaders and walk away with actionable strategies that move your career forward.

Workshop Logistics

This series is designed to be experienced as a full journey. Each session builds on the last to create a connected, powerful development experience rooted in authenticity, action and momentum.

We highly encourage full participation in the kickoff, guest speaker event, and all five core workshops to get the most from your circle experience.

• Kickoff Session & Core Workshops: Virtual via Microsoft Teams | 1:00 – 3:00 PM EST
• Bonus Guest Speaker Event: Hybrid — join in-person in Chesapeake or virtually via MS Teams (Time TBD)
• Speed Mentoring Event (October 15): In person in Chesapeake with limited virtual mentoring spots available by request (Time TBD)
  • Individual sessions may be offered upon request if space allows. Please indicate this on the registration form.

• May 14 – Kickoff & Connect (Virtual)
  • Meet your circle, set intentions, and get energized for what’s ahead.
• May 21 – I Know, I Did It on Purpose with Leigh Woisard (Hybrid)
  • Learn how to break out of career stagnation, craft a bold, authentic brand, and promote yourself with purpose (and style).
• June 18 – Career Clarity & Time Mastery (Workshop)
  • Clarify your path. Reclaim your time. Align your habits with your goals.
• July 16 – Resume Enhancements (Workshop)
  • Tailor your resume, optimize for AI, and highlight your impact.
• August 13 – Interviewing Skills (Workshop)
  • Practice STAR/CAR stories and build interview confidence.
• September 17 – Strategic Networking (Workshop)
  • Refine your elevator pitch and network in bold, modern ways.
• October 15 – Speed Mentoring Event (In Person – Chesapeake)
  • Powerful mentoring conversations with industry peers and pros.

*Hybrid option available by request (limited availability)

Program Fees & Registration

Spots are limited—register early and no later than April 25th to take the next step toward building your future! 

• $125 total for WICT members ($25/session)
• $150 total for non-members ($30/session)

*Guest speaker event is no charge for program participants and is open to all.
